Z-keys USB Programming DRIVER v3.0.1.8

This driver is for programming Z-keys USB devices with Windows XP, 2000, Me, or 98. 
Follow these directions to install the driver.

1. Download the install program (zkeysw2k.exe) from our website.
2. Unplug any Z-keys USB devices from your system. 
3. Double click on the zkeysw2k.exe file you downloaded in step 1.
4. Follow the Installation Wizard directions to load the driver.
5. If you have a previous installation of the Z-keys programming driver, select "Yes to All" 
   when Install Shield finds the existing files.
6. Wait for the hour glass to disappear before selecting the option to restart your computer.
7. Wait for the system to completely load (icons appear on the desktop).
8. Plug the Z-keys into the USB port.
9. Switch the Z-keys into programming mode.
10. Windows will recognize the Z-keys as new hardware and finish installing the programming driver.
11. When installation is complete, the green indicator on the Z-keys will blink to show that 
    it is now in programming mode.

To uninstall:

Follow the directions for installation and select "Completely Remove Z-keys" when prompted or 
use the "Remove Hardware" option in Windows Control Panel.

QUICK START - Programming the Z-keys on Your USB Computer

1. Install the programming driver, and connect the Z-keys to the USB port (as described above).
2. Switch the Z-keys into programming mode (switch up, red dot visible on standard Z-keys). 
3. Tap the key you wish to program on the Z-keys.
4. On your standard keyboard, enter the keystroke(s) or key combination you wish to program.
5. Tap the key on the Z-keys to confirm programming.
6. Select another key to program or slide the switch back to operating position to begin using
   your Z-keys.
